AI infrastructure and engineering for production: a drop-in gateway for OpenAI and Anthropic, an assistant platform that runs on any channel, and forward-deployed engineers for the bespoke parts.
What I built
- An OpenAI-compatible gateway with your own provider keys, per-org, per-credential and per-model usage tracking, and spend limits.
- Bot composition from a model, skills and MCPs. Skills load on demand through meta-tools, so the model pulls only what it needs.
- One plugin runtime for customer MCP servers and first-party plugins like WhatsApp and Stripe, with tool allowlists and per-tool rate limits.
- An embeddable chat with delegated auth: short-lived embed sessions, signed actor forwarding to the partner's MCP server, and confirmation cards before any state-changing tool call.

A daily-coffee pass, launching first in Calgary. Members buy a pass, keep a QR code in Apple or Google Wallet, and redeem one coffee a day at Coffee Box vending machines.
What I built
- A hexagonal, domain-driven API and worker that orchestrates Stripe, the vending machines and wallet passes.
- A redemption engine with a pending-then-confirm state machine, so an ambiguous machine response never double-spends a pass.
- Stripe subscriptions with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, without card data ever touching our servers.
- A member web app with magic-link sign-in, plus an operator panel and reporting.
- An AI support assistant on Crafted AI that reads a member's passes and usage through Coffee Box's own MCP server, and asks before it changes anything.
